Toufic Araman VS Sixty Nine VS Ladybird

So the first question that comes to mind after the laughter in our heads settles down is 'what were they thinking?', followed by 'can they really do that?' Ya3nee da 7ata 3eeb awi. But lets leave emotions aside for a sec and think of this logically, we are aware that every photo shoot, editorial or campaign are researched and it is natural to take inspiration from other peoples work, but where do we draw the line. Is this a case of being inspired by another artists work or is this what we writers call Plagiarism. And if this is a case of plagiarism who is at fault, is it the creative director for relying too heavily on it as reference images, the photographer for not adding their own flavor, the companies that funded these attempts. In the writing world there is a saying 'copying from one source is plagiarism copying from many sources is research'. What do you think?
